- 2 lb. ground pork
- 2 lb. ground fully cooked ham
- 4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1In a bowl, combine pork, ham, crumbs, eggs and milk.

2Shape into 12 ovals, using 1 cup of mixture for each.

3Place in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

4Combine brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard; pour over loaves.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15 to 20 minutes. Place the loaves on a platter and spoon some of the sauce over them.
