Ham-Macaroni Roll-ups

  • 1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) whole macaroni
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 to 8 slices cooked ham
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/3 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook unbroken macaroni in boiling salted water with garlic.

    Drain and divide into 3 or 4 portions.

    Cut each in half; wrap with ham slices; fasten with toothpicks.

    Bake in shallow pan at 300F for 10-15 minutes.

    Serve hot with cheese sauce.

    To make sauce, melt cheese in milk; stir until smooth; add mustard and worcestershire sauce.
