  • 4 c. chopped cooked ham (about 1 1/2 lb.)
  • 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 1/2 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced sweet pickle
  • 3 Tbsp. pickle juice
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Line 9-inch loaf pan with waxed paper.

    Mix ham with 1/2 cup real mayonnaise.

    Press into bottom of pan.

    Mix next 6 ingredients with remaining real mayonnaise.

    Add potatoes; toss.

    Press lightly over ham layer.

    Cover; chill 4 hours.
