Ham Potato Scallop

  • 1 fully cooked ham slice or 1 lb. ham
  • 5 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

    Cut ham in bite-size pieces.

    Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.

    Cover with ham pieces.

    Place remaining potatoes on top.

    Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper and pepper; pour over potatoes.

    Dot with margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour; remove cover and bake 45 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
