- 1 fully cooked ham slice or 1 lb. ham
- 5 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cut ham in bite-size pieces.

2Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.

3Cover with ham pieces.

4Place remaining potatoes on top.

5Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper and pepper; pour over potatoes.

6Dot with margarine.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour; remove cover and bake 45 minutes longer or until potatoes are done.
