  • 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
  • 4 oz. chopped ham
  • 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 oz. evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place ham in bottom of pie shell; top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Mix eggs, milk, garlic powder, lemon juice, chopped chives, onion, salt and pepper together until well blended.

    Pour into shell over ham and cheese.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
