1Make your noodle dough.

2Roll it out.

3Make stuffing out of chopped meat, onions, salt, pepper, eggs, parsley and spinach. Cover half of noodle layer with stuffing, then put second half on it.

4Take wooden board and press quarters by using edge of board, but do softly so stuffing moves and forms pillows (each about 6 x 6 cm) and the two noodles layers meet and glue.

5Then separate pillows from one another with a knife and cook in a broth for 15 minutes.

6Serve it in broth or with potato salad and green salad.
