- 6 thin slices uncooked ham
- 3 tsp. mustard
- 3 tsp. wine vinegar
- 6 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 c. cooking sherry
Directions

1Spread each ham slice with a thin coating of mustard.

2Place in skillet; pour in wine vinegar.

3Cook quickly, turning often until browned.

4Place ham on hot platter or plate.

5In skillet, add brown sugar to the remaining mustard and vinegar.

6Pour in cooking sherry and bring to a boil; pour over ham.
