- 2 c. lean ham
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1/8 lb. oleo
- 1/4 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 4 c. potatoes
- 1 c. celery
- 4 to 5 c. water
- pepper to taste
Directions

1In large pot, put in ham.

2Use bone if you have it.

3Cut up vegetables.

4Add parsley and water to cover.

5Add more if needed. Cook until tender.

6Add macaroni last 15 minutes.

7Use any vegetables you like.
