- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 lb. ham steak
Directions

1Drain pineapple.

2Set aside slices and juice separately.

3In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch with Worcestershire sauce and ginger.

4Blend in reserved pineapple juice (about 1 cup).

5Cook and stir over moderate heat until thickened.

6Place ham on a rack in a broiler pan.

7Brush pineapple juice mixture over ham.

8Place under a preheated hot broiler for 10 minutes, brushing once more.

9Turn ham; add reserved pineapple slices to broiler rack.
