Ham With Gingered Pineapple

- 5 lb. canned ham
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can Del Monte sliced pineapple in juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Bake ham on rack in roasting pan at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until thermometer registers 140°.

2Blend juice from pineapple with sugar, soy sauce, ginger and cornstarch in saucepan.

3Cook, stirring until thickened.

4Twist pineapple slices and arrange on ham.

5Brush sauce over pineapple and ham.

6Bake 30 minutes longer, brushing with remaining sauce after 15 minutes.
