  • thick pork chops, browned
  • 1 Tbsp. rice (on each chop)
  • 1 thick slice onion (on each chop)
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 thick slice green pepper (on each chop)
  • 1 thick tomato slice (on each chop)
  • bouillon cubes

Directions

    Brown chops first.

    Put onion, green pepper, tomato and rice on each chop.

    Pour 2 1/2 cups bouillon, seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme, over it.

    Bake, covered, at 325° to 350° for 50 minutes or may use electric frypan.
