  • 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 lb. hamburg

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except hamburg.

    Brown hamburg while sauce is simmering.

    Drain hamburg.

    Put into sauce.

    Simmer at least 1 hour.
