  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 medium can tomato juice
  • 1 medium head cabbage

    Brown hamburger and add seasonings.

    Drain.

    Cut cabbage in chunks; lay in pan.

    Place hamburger over the top.

    Cover with soup and juice.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or in slow cooker on low until cabbage is tender.
