- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 each egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cup Flour
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions

1In a mixing bowl: combine the yeast and water.

2Mix and let it sit for a few minutes.

3In a separate bowl: combine the egg, sugar, salt, oil, and milk.

4Add the egg mixture to the yeast mixture.

5Add the flour.

6Mix for a few minutes (about 5).

7The dough will be slightly sticky.

8Place in an oiled bowl.

9Cover.

10Let sit for about an hour.

11Place dough on a floured surface.

12Separate into 8 balls.

13Place onto oiled cooking sheet.

14Melt the butter and paint onto your buns with a brush.

15Place into an oven at 375F for 15-18 minutes.
