Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 2 (3 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. noodles (small noodles if preferred)
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook hamburger, onion, green pepper and garlic together for 20 minutes.

    Drain.

    Cook noodles as usual; drain.

    Add to meat.

    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, corn, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce.

    Mix all together and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Cook at 325° for 1 hour.

    Put cheese on top.
