- 3/4 c. regular rice (uncooked)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Brown ground chuck and onion.

2Combine first 8 ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish.

3Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle noodles over top of casserole and bake 10 to 15 more minutes.

4Makes 6 to 8 servings.
