  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 3/4 c. regular rice (uncooked)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Directions

    Brown ground chuck and onion.

    Combine first 8 ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle noodles over top of casserole and bake 10 to 15 more minutes.
