- 1 can (about 14 Oz.) Green Peas
- 2 cups White Rice
- 2 pounds Hamburger Or Ground Beef
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, bring four cups of water to a boil.

2Add the rice and stir with a fork to make sure the rice is leveled and completely covered with the water.

3Cover, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about twenty minutes.

4Brown the meat in a frying pan.

5Make sure all the meat is browned.

6Drain the oil and put the pan aside.

7In a small saucepan, dump the can of peas and bring to a boil.

8You can use fresh peas or frozen, but in my mind why mess with it when the canned peas are simple and delish?

9Once your rice is done, combine all the ingredients in a casserole dish, stirring to make sure its mixed properly.

10Dish it up warm and tuck in!
