- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 cans (48 Oz. Size) V8 Vegetable Juice
- 3/4 heads Green Cabbage, Roughly Chopped
- 2 cups Frozen Corn
- 2 teaspoons Spices (See Note)
Directions

1Brown the beef in a large skillet and drain off fat.

2Place cooked beef, V8, cabbage, corn and spices into your crockpot. Cook on low for 8 to 12 hours. Serve with a little shredded cheese on top, if you'd like!

3I usually use Spicy V8, because my family likes spice, and that decreases the amount of extra seasonings I need. But feel free to use any!

4Note: I like to use onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes ... but it changes every time I make it!

5Oh, and you can also do this on the stove in a large stockpot, of course! Just bring it to a boil and then let it simmer, the longer the better!
