- 2 lb. lean hamburger meat
- 1 large can (V-8) cocktail juice
- 1 large onion (I use onion salt)
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Brown the meat and onion, then add the cocktail juice and 1/2 cup of water (I use 3/4 cup) and simmer for 30 minutes.

2Then add frozen mixed vegetables.

3When the vegetables are cooked (which is about 20 to 30 minutes), add cream of mushroom and cream of celery soups.

4Heat well (approximately 15 minutes) at low heat, and it is ready to serve.

5You may add salt and pepper to taste.
