  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. tomato sauce
  • 16 oz. water
  • 3 to 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Brown beef with onion; drain.

    Add all ingredients.

    Cook, covered, on top of stove until carrots and potatoes are tender, 45 minutes to 1 hour or bake at 350° in covered casserole dish for 1 hour.
