  • 6 ounces rice noodles or 6 ounces fettuccine

    fire grill marinated chicken breast and glaze with teriyaki sauce.

    cook noodles -- al dente and drain.

    plate greens carrots celery and scallions.

    in sautee pan;heat noodles and peanut sauce.

    add grillied chicken.

    blend all ingredients.

    place warm on top of salad greens.

    top with fresh chopped peanuts and cilantro.
