- 2 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. oil of cinnamon
- red food coloring
Directions

1Heat sugar, syrup and water to 310°.

2Add cinnamon and stir well.

3Add food coloring; stir well.

4Pour onto a well buttered cookie sheet.

5Cut into small pieces when edges start getting firm.

6Sprinkle with confectioners sugar to prevent sticking together.

7Store in an airtight container.
