- 1 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon liquid
- powdered sugar
- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- red food coloring
Directions

1Heat corn syrup, sugar and 1 cup water in saucepan until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Boil until mixture reaches hard crack stage or 310° on candy thermometer.

2Do not stir.

3Stir in cinnamon and food coloring.

4Pour into 12 x 24-inch foil lined pan.

5Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

6Break into pieces when cool.
