  • 1 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon liquid
  • powdered sugar
  • 3 3/4 c. sugar
  • red food coloring

Directions

    Heat corn syrup, sugar and 1 cup water in saucepan until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Boil until mixture reaches hard crack stage or 310° on candy thermometer.

    Do not stir.

    Stir in cinnamon and food coloring.

    Pour into 12 x 24-inch foil lined pan.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    Break into pieces when cool.
