  • 4 c. self-rising flour (Hudson Cream)
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • salt to taste
  • whole milk

Directions

    Mix dough ingredients together and add enough milk to make a light puffy dough.

    Roll dough in flour.

    Flour hands and pastry board.

    Roll dough, using a biscuit cutter or glass to cut out biscuits.

    Toss hand to hand; shake off excess flour.

    Grease top. Bake at 400° until brown.
