- 1 round rye or pumpernickel bread
- 1 lb. corned beef
- 3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
Directions

1Chop corned beef into small pieces.

2Shred Swiss cheese.

3Mix all ingredients (except bread) well.

4Cut off top of bread and pull out center.

5Keep bread to dip.

6Fill bread with mixture and replace top.

7Triple wrap bread with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Serve with crackers, party rye or breadsticks.
