- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Aunt Nellie's sweet and sour beets
Directions

1Beat oleo and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs; beat well.

3Blend beets in blender until smooth.

4Add dry ingredients alternately with beets to oleo mixture, mixing well after each addition.

5Pour into 9 to 10-inch Bundt pan.

6Bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
