- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can beets
Directions

1Mix cornstarch, sugar and vinegar in saucepan.

2Add half the juice from a can of diced, sliced or tiny whole beets.

3Stir well. Heat to a boil slowly, stirring constantly.

4Add drained beets. (A little grated orange rind makes a nice flavor addition.)
