- 1 c. beet juice
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. beets
Directions

1Drain juice from beets and set aside.

2Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt; mix good and add beet juice.

3Stir well and add melted butter and vinegar.
