  • 3 cans cut green beans
  • 2 medium green peppers, chopped
  • 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
  • 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 6 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. milk
  • 6 eggs

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

    Spread beans and peppers in dish; sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.

    Blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over vegetables and cheese.

    Bake uncovered until golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes.

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 12 or more.
