- 3 cans cut green beans
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 6 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. milk
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.

3Spread beans and peppers in dish; sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese.

4Blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over vegetables and cheese.

5Bake uncovered until golden brown, 45 to 50 minutes.

6Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 12 or more.
