- 2 lb. frozen hash browns or Tater Tots
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, sliced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix potatoes and onion together and spread into a buttered casserole dish (9 x 13-inches).

2Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over potatoes.

3Place margarine slices over top. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
