  • 2 lb. bag hash browns
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 medium onion

Directions

    Mix together hash browns, soup, cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and onion.

    Place in large casserole dish.

    Crush corn flakes; place on top.

    Pour melted butter on top of corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
