- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo softened
- 1/2 c. onion chopped
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Mix hash browns, butter, onion, soup, salt, pepper and sour cream in large bowl. Spread in a 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until hash browns are tender.
