- 32 oz. pkg. hash browns
- 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt 1/2 cup butter and pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Add 1/2 the package of hash browns.

4In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk and onions.

5Pour half of this mix over the hash browns.

6Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top.

7Sprinkle rest of hash browns on and pour rest of mix on top.

8Sprinkle rest of cheese on top, then cover with crushed corn flakes.

9Pour 2 tablespoons melted butter over top and bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
