  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Top with mixture of 2 cups of crushed cornflakes and 1 stick margarine. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, covered, then 20 minutes, uncovered.
