- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Crumble thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix next 6 ingredients and put on top of potatoes.

3Put corn flakes on top and drizzle melted butter over corn flakes.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
