Hash Brown Quiche

Ingredients
- 3 c. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. diced cooked ham (bacon or sausage can be used; ham is best. I use ham slice)
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. diced green peppers
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Press hash browns between paper towel to remove excess moisture.

2Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

3Drizzle with butter.

4Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

5Combine the ham, cheese and green peppers; spoon over crust.

6In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

7Pour over all.

8Reduce heat to 350°; bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

9Allow to stand about 10 minutes before cutting.

10This will reheat well.
