- 3 c. frozen, loose pack, shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. cooked ham, diced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2Press into bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Drizzle with butter and bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

3Combine the ham, cheese and green pepper and spoon over crust.

4In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over all.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

6Let stand 10 minutes and cut in wedges.
