  • 4 medium thin sliced carrots
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2 medium sliced green peppers
  • 1 medium sliced onion
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 (16 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)

Directions

    Place carrots and oil in 3-quart microwave casserole; stir to coat.
