  • 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • diced ham, sausage or bacon
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)

Directions

    Press potatoes into greased quiche dish to form crust. Pour butter over potatoes. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Fill crust with cheese and meat. Combine milk and eggs. Beat well and pour over cheese and meat. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife tip inserted in center comes out clean.
