- 2 lb. hash browns (fresh or frozen)
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crumbled
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a baking pan, cover bottom of pan with potatoes.

3Mix sour cream, onions and cheese together and place on top of the potatoes.

4Then add melted oleo and crumbled corn flakes.

5Cover and bake in oven for 45 minutes.

6Uncover for last 15 minutes.
