  • 24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 c. chopped ham
  • 2 c. mocha mix or half and half
  • 5 eggs or egg substitute

Directions

    Press hash browns into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute onion in butter, then mix with cheeses and ham.

    Spread over potatoes.

    Combine butter and milk.

    Pour over the cheese and ham mixture.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes, then at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes more.
