  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 (13 3/4 oz.) pkg. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can flake coconut
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Cream the margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs and beat well.

    Add crumbs and milk; beat until smooth.

    Add vanilla and beat again. Fold in coconut, pineapple and nuts.

    Pour into oiled tube pan. Bake at 300° for 2 hours.
