- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries
Directions

1Prepare cake according to package directions and bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pour well drained pineapple on top of cake.

3Combine cream cheese, pudding and milk and beat until smooth and thick enough to spread.

4Spread over top of cooled cake.

5Top with whipped cream, coconut, nuts and cherries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
