Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 lb. smoked ham, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
  • 1 c. green pepper (thick strips)
  • 1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks or tidbits

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan.

    Heat until mix is clear and thick; stir constantly.

    Place ham in casserole dish. Add onions, green peppers and pineapple.

    Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350°

    for 1 1/2 hours.
