  • 1 lb of elbow noodles
  • 1/4 C of grated sweet onion
  • 2 1/2 C Best Foods mayo
  • 1/2 C shredded carrot
  • salt/ white pepper
  • optional 1-3 T milk

Directions

    Whisk mayo, carrot, onion, salt and pepper together in a big bowl. Cook noodles till soft about 9 minutes. Let pasta cool then mix in with mayo mixture. Season to taste.
