- 1 lb. steamed shrimp
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (like a paste)
Directions

1Saute celery, onion and pepper until soft.

2Add pineapple chunks, juice, vinegar, soya sauce and cornstarch.

3Add shrimp; let simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
