- 2 pie crusts
- round steak, in 1/4-inch cubes (about 1 c.)
- potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch cubes (about 3 c.)
- onion, sliced (1 large)
- 1/3 c. hot milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Make pie crusts.

2Mix beef, potatoes, onions and seasoning in a bowl.

3Put in pie crust and seal.

4Puncture holes in top crust. Bake at 350° for about 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are done. Cover crust edges if they start to get dark.

5Heat milk and add through a hole in top crust.

6Bake 10 more minutes.

7Some people include turnips, but I never cared for them.
