  • 1 teaspoon mustard French
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sherry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar caster
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup hazelnut oil

Directions

    Place all ingredients except hazelnut oil in a bowl and whisk well.Gradually whisk in hazelnut oil in a thin stream.
