  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Frangelico
  • 16 (3/8-ounce) squares milk chocolate (we tested with
  • Ghirardelli)
  • Finely chopped hazelnuts, toasted
