- 1 cup soy nuts
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup karo syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Bring peanut butter, brown sugar, karo syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Put in large greased pan and lightly press. Cut into squares
