  • 4 cups rice crispies
  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup rasins
  • 1 cup soy nuts
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup karo syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Bring peanut butter, brown sugar, karo syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Put in large greased pan and lightly press. Cut into squares
